This course was designed by researchers Gretchen Grappone, LICSW and Jayden Carr, BS.

As a result of this learning activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the seven most common forms of stigmatization
  • Explain the effects of intersectional stigmatization on clients, family members, and health professionals
  • Identify strategies for addressing structural and clinical stigmatization

Learners must have a working camera and microphone to fully participate in this training and claim CEUs for this event.
