Consultation and Offsite Training

Passing Along 20 Years of Experience

Learn from our system of recovery-focused, community-based care

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester has been a leader in the development, implementation, and research of evidence-based practices for individuals with serious mental illness for 20 years.

Our close collaboration with Dartmouth Medical School has created a unique recovery-focused, community-based system of care for our clients. Mental health professionals from across the United States and from many foreign countries have visited us to learn first-hand the types of high-level, client-centered services a local community mental health center can offer its clients.

We have refined our consultation and training services for mental health administrators, supervisors, and practitioners, and these programs are readily available to assist other mental health organizations to acquire and sustain strengths-based, high-fidelity evidence-based practices. Consultation and training services are offered for the following areas:

  • Illness Management and Recovery (IMR)
  • Family Psychoeducation (FPE)
  • Evidence-Based Supported Employment (EBSE, SE, IPS)
  • Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT)*
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)**
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Concurrent Documentation
  • InSHAPE services
