Spotlight on Homeless Outreach Services

At The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, we have a team of folks who are out and about every day to support those who are living a life of home insecurity. Out staff checks in with the homeless population and helps to get them into the appropriate services to support their mental health or substance misuse challenges.
