We are happy to announce that our ProHealth program is expanding to offer services to a wider group of individuals, with expanded hours of service. The ProHealth Integrated Care model allows patients to receive their physical and mental health services in one location. The original program was limited to a certain age group, but it will now be offered to anyone 16 years or older. The ProHealth Clinic is located on the main floor of 1555 Elm Street in Manchester, NH and the expansion will allow the Clinic to serve patients everyday Monday – Friday.

ProHealth Integrated Care works with patients to identify and reach health and wellness goals such as weight loss, smoking cessation and more.
