Anyone can intervene and assist someone experiencing a mental health and/or substance misuse challenge.  Become a certified Mental Health First Aider for FREE!  This course is blended and requires that you complete online coursework ahead of attending the session on November 9th.  The Instructor Led Session on November 9th will be held via Zoom and the link will be sent to those who complete the online coursework ahead of the event.
