InSHAPE is the most widely-implemented, evidence-based health promotion program for individuals with serious mental illness. Bring InSHAPE to your organization! This Academy provides the educational foundation to be recognized as a Conditional InSHAPE Health Mentor* (*full certification requires proof of certification as a certified personal trainer). The Academy includes five half days of training, three mandatory technical assistance sessions that are one hour each, and a one hour role play with a trainer tbd.
