CPI Training is an evidence-based program that helps staff to recognize various levels of crisis behaviors in others and effectively manage the situation at every level to maximize safety, minimize harm, and enhance the therapeutic relationship.
This is a REQUIRED course for all clinical staff, and strongly encouraged for any staff who have interactions with patients at any level. All staff in residential programs and Cypress Center must recertify every two years.
This is a fully in person course held at 2 Wall Street from 8AM to 5PM. Please arrive PROMPTLY and ready to start for 8AM as this is a full day.
