Substance Use Disorder

Lifesaving options are available for treating substance addictions

Recovery is possible, and support is available. The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester (MHCGM) provides integrated substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services designed to address both addiction and mental health needs through a coordinated, whole-person approach to care. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), MHCGM offers comprehensive behavioral health services and care coordination to help individuals access treatment, recovery support, and community resources.

Treatment plans are individualized to meet each person’s unique goals, strengths, and recovery needs. MHCGM weaves substance use assessment and intervention into all levels of care, including Rapid Response for those in crisis, outpatient counseling, community-based services, and 24/7 Residential Treatment.

Outpatient services allow people to receive care while maintaining responsibilities at home, work, or school. Services provided may include:

  • Individual counseling
  • Family and relationship counseling
  • Recovery planning
  • Relapse prevention support
  • Recovery-oriented peer support services

Whether you are seeking help for yourself, a family member, or a loved one, recovery begins with reaching out. The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester supports individuals throughout every stage of recovery.

MHCGM will be closed today, Wednesday, June 24th, from 1-4:30pm for the Annual Employee Appreciation Event!

Services will resume after that time. Thank you for understanding!
