This intensive, five-day training is appropriate for those learners who want a deep dive into DBT from A-Z, and potentially those who wish to set up their own DBT program.  This course explores the research behind DBT, the theoretical underpinnings of the treatment, the skills and dialectics of DBT, program adaptations for special populations, and program design.  All participants receive Marsha Linehan’s “DBT Skills Training Handout and Worksheets–2nd Edition” as well as a thumb-drive packed with useful information.  This program is approved for 30.0 Category A Continuing Education Credits, of which 8.5 are in Suicide Prevention by the National Association of Social Workers, NH Chapter.  CE#4281.  This program also provides 30.0 continuing education hours for nurses through the ANCC.

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester’s Training Department is supported by the US Department of Labor. A total of $408,000.00 (29%) is financed with federal grant funds and $994,644.60 (71%) is funded by other sources.
