The 19th Annual Dinner and Awards Benefit for Mental Health will be held on Monday, October 22nd at Derryfield Country Club in Manchester, NH. Please join us to support mental wellness initiatives in our community, while recognizing those who have contributed to promoting an improved quality of life for children and adults who are challenged with mental illness. All proceeds will help to enhance outreach efforts and services in treating community members of all age groups, and supporting personal needs for recovery.
Author of “Ninety Percent Mental,” and former major-leaguer Robert Tewksbury, will be the featured speaker. Bob Tewksbury has a unique professional resume which combines an eighteen-year professional baseball career with a master’s degree in sport psychology and counseling from Boston University. Bob won 110 major league games pitching for six teams; the NY Yankees, Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres and Minnesota Twins and was a member of the 1992 National League All-Star team.
