MHCGM leadership staff only. Learn strategies that balance kindness and accountability, provide clear communication, and facilitate collaborative problem solving when supervising staff. This course is required of anyone in a leadership position at the Center. The course provides 12 contact hours for nurses and 12 Category B Continuing Education Credits for social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists. This virtual course requires attendees have a working camera and microphone to participate. Attendees must complete both sessions.
