This training is required of all MHCGM staff who work with patients. All staff must take at least one time, and residential and Cypress Center staff must take every two years. This is an all day, in-person training that does not require pre-work. This course provides 8 hours of nursing professional education through the ANCC (8.0 Category B Credits for social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists).
Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester’s Training Department is supported by the US Department of Labor. A total of $408,000.00 (29%) is financed with federal grant funds and $994,644.60 (71%) is funded by other sources.
