Learn how to apply concepts and strategies from Prochaska’s Transtheoretical Model to help your patients pursue their goals–even when they appear “stuck”! This program is approved for 6.0 Category A Continuing Education Credits by the National Association of Social Workers, NH Chapter. CE#4171. This course provides 6 contact hours for nurses through the ANCC. Registrants must have a working camera and microphone to participate in the training and claim CEs. Registrants must attend both half-day sessions to claim CEs.
