Routhier returns to MHCGM as Chief Operating Officer and Executive VP

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester CEO Patricia Carty has appointed Jonathan Routhier to the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.

With nearly three decades of progressive clinical and administrative leadership in behavioral health care and developmental disability service organizations, Routhier is a seasoned leader with a strong record of collaboration, organizational success, and clinical experience.

Prior to re-joining The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester (MHCGM), Routhier served as Executive Director of Community Support Network (CSNI) in Concord, NH where he was responsible for planning and leading all operations for the association of area agencies across the state. His contributions led to operational and financial improvements for the organization as well as programming benefits for members. Routhier joined CSNI in 2016 and prior to that served as Chief Financial Officer for WestBridge. Routhier started his career in 1993 as a Clinical Case Manager for The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester and remained with the agency in various roles until 2002.

Routhier earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UNH, his Master of Social Work from Boston University, and his MBA from Franklin Pierce College.
