MHCGM hits home run as 1st place Impact Grant Recipient

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester earned 1st place honors in the 2022 Impact Award Vote, presented by the Red Sox and Rudderman Family Foundations. MHCGM was one of five worthy 501c3 organizations in New Hampshire that were chosen to participate in the 8th Annual “IMPACT” Awards (Inspiring More Philanthropy Across Charities Together) presented by the Ruderman Family Foundation. The IMPACT Awards allow Red Sox fans in the six New England states with the chance to nominate and vote for their favorite local non-profit organization to win a grant from the Red Sox Foundation.

As stated by the Red Sox Foundation; “In 2022, the IMPACT Awards will continue to focus on organizations that have demonstrated deep impact in raising awareness and improving the mental health outcomes in their community. The three organizations with the most votes in each state will win a grant: $10,000 for first place, $3,000 for second place and $2,000 for third place. As the official team charity of the Boston Red Sox, the Red Sox Foundation’s mission is to make a difference in the lives of youth, veterans, families, and communities in need by improving health, education and recreation opportunities. We are committed to inspiring recovery and rebirth in our communities in the year ahead and thank you for your support of our critical work.”
