Stigma against mental illness and substance misuse issues has negative implications for treatment and recovery.  Learn about the seven types of stigma, the impact of stigma on systems of care and patient outcomes, and what to do about it!  Developed by researcher, lecturer, and social worker Gretchen Grappone, this program is the only one of its kind in New Hampshire!  This program provides 3.5 Category A continuing education credits through the NASW, NH Chapter and 3.5 contact hours for nurses through the ANCC.  Participants must have a working camera and microphone to participate and claim CEs.  Cameras must remain on for the duration of the event in order to claim CEs.
