Leave a Legacy to benefit programs and services of the Mental Health Center

There are a number of Gift Plan options to consider:

• Bequest – Name The MHC-GM as a beneficiary in your will.
  (Designate a specific amount, or specify a percentage of the residual value of your estate). See sample language below.
• Gift of Life Insurance – Contribute a life insurance policy you no longer need or name MHCGM as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy.
• Bequest Retirement Assets – Name The MHC-GM as the beneficiary of an IRA or other employee benefit plans.
• Establish a Charitable Gift Annuity – Make an irrevocable gift to The Center and receive a fixed income stream for life, determined by age at time of gift.

(As with all long term financial decisions, please consult the advice of a tax or estate planning attorney.)

Sample bequest language:

“I hereby bequeath __________ (dollar amount or percentage) of my estate to The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, a 501(c)(3) organization, whose principal office is located at, 401 Cypress Street, Manchester, NH 03103
