ENDOWMENT - "Our Community Cares About Mental Health"
To ensure its long-term ability to offer hope, by providing mental health services into the future for those in need, The Center engaged in a campaign to create The Manchester Mental Health Foundation Endowment.
The MMH Foundation Endowment serves to benefit the programs and services of the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.
Each year, The Center receives many requests to provide free and subsidized mental health services to members of the community in need of counseling, hospitalization or medication services. United Way donations help to offset those services, but much more is needed to meet the demand for community behavioral health care.
A strong endowment will allow The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester to provide quality treatment programs for many children, adults and seniors in need each year--greatly impacting the lives of those served.
The Center has an ongoing need to build permanent financial resources to support community behavioral health services. Donors interested in investing in the work of The Center are invited to explore our giving options.
Commitments to the MMH Foundation Endowment are accepted as outright gifts in the form of cash or securities, as pledges payable over a five-year period, and as Planned Gifts which include bequests, gift annuities, and other deferred and life-income instruments. Gifts of all levels are accepted and appreciated.
