The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester is pleased to offer Consultation and Education Services to practitioners, researchers, and others interested in aspects of our unique community-based system of care.
Our professional consultants are now available to offer tailored presentations to meet your needs at our site or at your facility. We can also provide telephone consultation and teleconferencing in many of the available topic areas.
Demonstrate concurrent documentation techniques--a proven method to increase cost efficiency, productivity and consumer participation.
Develop, implement, or review your quality improvement plan.
Conduct regular and focused audits for internal implementation.
Establish and conduct process improvement work teams.
Assist in the development of a corporate compliance program/plan.
Serve as a compliance officer (part-time basis).
Provide basic health care compliance training.
