Transitions: Positive Changes for a Healthier You

If you are contemplating gastric bypass or lap band surgery or have had the surgery and would like additional support, this group may be for you. This 8-week support group will be held Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at 1228 Elm Street in Manchester. This group will provide education, support and skill building. It is covered by most health insurance plans.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Sager is a board certified and NH licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. He also holds a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology and is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
